This position is crucial for establishing scalable ERP and integration solutions, directly impacting how hundreds of future customer implementations are delivered and elevating technical standards across the organization.

• Mission: Architect and standardize Zip’s ERP and integration ecosystem, specifically for Oracle, to enable scalable and repeatable customer implementations.
• Tech Stack: Oracle EBS R12, Oracle Purchasing (PO), Payables (AP), General Ledger (GL), Open Interface Tables, Public APIs/PL-SQL Packages, Oracle Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG), REST/SOAP services, XML, REST based endpoints, standard authentication protocols, iPaaS tools

What You’ll Actually Do
• Architect & Standardize: Design, maintain, and iterate on Zip’s core Oracle EBS R12 integration templates to ensure scalable and robust customer implementations.
• Bridge Product & Field: Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) to align integration templates with core product architecture, field insights, and evolving customer needs.
• Turn Nuance into Scale: Analyze complex customer implementations to identify reusable data mapping patterns and system nuances, converting bespoke solutions into standardized internal assets.
• Support Pre-Sales: Partner with account teams during pre-sales to design and vet integration architectures, preparing prospective customers for smooth, best-practice deployments.
• Drive Technical Excellence: Define, document, and champion technical solution consulting best practices, raising the technical bar and ensuring consistency across all implementations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional with foundational knowledge of core Oracle EBS business processes, schema layouts, and data models, specifically within Oracle Purchasing, Payables, and General Ledger.
• Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering integrations with Oracle EBS or Oracle environments, including past ERP implementation, integration, configuration, or administration experience.
• Skills: Familiarity with standard Oracle EBS integration methods (Open Interface Tables, Public APIs/PL-SQL Packages, ISG, REST/SOAP services); experience working with XML / REST based endpoints and standard authentication protocols; ability to translate highly technical information and troubleshoot integration errors; strong communication skills.
• Bonus: Familiarity with iPaaS tools is preferred.
