The Tone:

The position is essential for ensuring accurate financial reporting and diligent accounts receivable management within the company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Cash Receipts: Record and track client cash receipts across different companies to ensure accurate financial records.
• Revenue Tracking: Maintain the revenue tracking schedule, ensuring all revenue streams are properly monitored and accounted for.
• Accounts Receivable: Assist with AR collections and proactively follow up on aged receivables to optimize cash flow.
• Financial Reconciliation: Help analyze and reconcile Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts, including bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Journal Entries & Reporting: Prepare and record journal entries in Oracle and contribute to the preparation of various monthly and quarterly management reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Experience: Two to four years of comparable work experience in an accounting role.
• Skills: Possesses self-motivation, superb verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and the highest level of personal ethics and professional integrity. This person also exhibits a “roll up the sleeves attitude” to thrive in a results-oriented environment, and is consensus-driven while able to stand firm on important issues.
• Bonus: Experience with Oracle and/or prior work within the entertainment industry.
