What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Technical solutions to enhance existing applications for asset servicing clients.
• Create: New applications for asset servicing clients.
• Provide: Secure and efficient access to critical client data using existing applications.
• Enable: Client access to account information, trade details, and activity logs via new applications.
• Learn: And actively apply both Java and Ruby development skills throughout the position.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An early career developer profile with 0-3 years of experience, which may include practical experience gained from boot camps. The ideal candidate is sharp, motivated, and keen to learn further computer skills, demonstrating an eagerness to acquire knowledge and experience within the financial industry.
• Experience: Proven experience with either Ruby or Java is required, with the initial assignment primarily involving Ruby development. The successful candidate will be expected to learn and proficiently utilize both Java and Ruby throughout the position.
• Skills: Demonstrated experience with any Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) languages, such as Java, Ruby, JavaScript, or Python. Candidates must also possess a great personality and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and financial concepts.
• Bonus: Familiarity with the Financial Services background is highly valued, along with knowledge of microservices architecture.
