The Tone:
This is an hourly restaurant role for an Applebee’s Server at Flynn Applebee’s, a key part of Flynn Group, the world’s largest franchise operator. What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Experience Ownership: Take ownership of the guest’s journey, from their initial welcome to their final farewell, ensuring every interaction is friendly, attentive, and creates a lasting positive impression.
• Menu Guidance & Sales: Actively engage with guests to understand their preferences, provide expert recommendations from the Applebee’s menu, and articulate specials to enhance their dining selection.
• Proactive Service Delivery: Continuously anticipate and address the needs of each guest, ensuring drinks are refilled, dishes are cleared appropriately, and all requests are met promptly and courteously.
• Positive Atmosphere Contribution: Commit to working diligently within the team, fostering and contributing to a fun, exciting, and supportive environment that enhances both employee satisfaction and guest enjoyment.
