Rock Solid Stabilization & Reclamation, Inc. is seeking a qualified, motivated, and forward-thinking individual to join our thriving and growing team as an AP Clerk/Receptionist. We are looking for an individual who is open to travel and can adapt to a dynamic and evolving role.

The AP Clerk/Receptionist will play a crucial dual role, assisting with the validation of vendor invoices, ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date, and performing data entry for monthly receipts. Additionally, this position will serve as the primary receptionist for the company.

This role offers a flexible schedule within standard Monday-Friday business hours.

Compensation: $16 – $20 hourly

Responsibilities

  • Assist the AP Clerk with timely validation, authorization, and coding of vendor invoices.
  • Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial files.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Coordinate daily mail and deliveries.
  • Greet visitors and appointments as needed, providing a professional welcome.
  • Order and maintain proper inventory levels of office supplies, physical forms, and kitchen/paper products.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned to support the team.

  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 1+ years of accounting and/or data entry experience preferred.
  • Proficient computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Must be accustomed to multiple interruptions throughout the day due to the dual role and the location of the desk/phones.

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to sit.
  • Occasionally required to stand and walk.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
