Analytics, Insights, and Business Operations Team

Within GS&S, the Analytics, Insights, and Business Operations team is responsible for enabling data-driven decision-making and streamlining operations for all mission-critical programs. This team works with a global network of diverse data sources and tools to tackle complex problems.

Description

This internship offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in business insights, data analysis, and machine learning within the GS&S team.

Responsibilities will include:

Business Insights: Gathering requirements, understanding business processes and tools, developing analytics products (e.g., dashboards), and presenting findings.
Exploratory Data Engineering and Machine Learning: Testing theories, studying existing data, and potentially contributing to machine learning efforts.

This internship provides a chance to:

• Work with a global team and learn about their diverse data sources and tools.
• Contribute to real-world projects and gain experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Learn about the challenges and opportunities in the field of security analytics.

Required Currently pursuings:

• Enrolled in a BS/MS program in Information Systems or a related field.
• Must be returning to school after the internship.
• Attending a college or university in North America.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Tableau for data analysis.
• Project management experience.
• Proficiency with Google Slides/Docs/Sheets or similar tools.

Preferred Currently pursuings:

• Quality assurance experience.
• Executive presentation experience.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM analytics/reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Sagemaker, AI/ML models.
