What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze and Transform Data: Transform raw data into structured, reliable datasets to support reporting and decision-making.
• Develop and Maintain Reports: Create and sustain reports and analyses, ensuring the validity of their underlying datasets.
• Build and Document Data Models: Assist in developing, maintaining, and documenting data models, defining structures and business logic.
• Ensure Data Quality: Validate, test, and monitor datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Document Data Solutions: Document data sources, definitions, and lineage to improve transparency and usability across the analytics layer.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Foundational knowledge of data analysis, data preparation techniques, and data modeling concepts.
• Experience: 1+ year of related professional experience. Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance, requiring US citizenship, and comfortable meeting DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF)/8140 requirements, including obtaining professional certifications.
• Skills: Data querying, analysis, and preparation; basic understanding of data modeling and data flow; strong attention to detail and problem-solving; effective communication; demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s of Science degree in a similar field and/or active professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+; active DoD security clearance; prior military and/or government contracting experience.
