What You’ll Actually Do
• Enterprise Reporting: Partner with FP&A team members to develop annual and quarterly Enterprise Reporting and cash forecasting for the entire Crown enterprise.
• Stakeholder Support: Contribute to the FP&A Customer Service model by aggregating, analyzing, and reporting investment data for key stakeholders including Treasury, Accounting, Family Services, Trustees, and Investment Teams.
• Performance Benchmarking: Implement and monitor benchmarking processes to enable consistent reporting across the enterprise and facilitate comparative performance analysis against industry standards.
• Strategic Analysis: Develop performance projections, conduct investment analysis, and define asset allocation parameters to inform and support strategic decision-making.
• Technology Implementation: Utilize and apply technology to implement standardized reporting across the enterprise and collaborate on the development and maintenance of the FP&A Investment Database, SQL queries, and PowerBI visualizations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), or another related business discipline, providing a foundational understanding of corporate finance principles.
• Experience: 0-3 years of professional experience in corporate finance, financial services, investments, or a related field, demonstrating proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau, alongside essential office applications like Excel and PowerPoint.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities coupled with a keen attention to detail; the capacity to work effectively both independently and within collaborative teams across complex environments; the aptitude to understand issues, determine root causes, identify risk implications, and provide clear recommendations; and solid financial analysis skills including benchmarking and assessing financial and operating metrics.
• Bonus: Professional certifications or licenses such as CPA, CFA, or Series 79 are a plus, as is prior experience working with direct database connections or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SQL, Oracle, or SAP.
