Associate Analyst – Finance | Energy Transfer

• Mission: Provide analytical and technical support for corporate finance, planning, budgeting, and forecasting functions to aid senior management decisions and external reporting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance management reporting for senior management.
• Support the company-wide annual planning process and subsequent monthly forecasting process.
• Provide corporate and G&A expense variance analysis, including budget vs. actual, quarter vs. quarter, and current year vs. prior year.
• Provide support for the TM1 production and development environments, maintaining existing dimensions and managing user access/security.
• Provide support for earnings releases, 10-K, 10-Q, and other external financial reporting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Skills: High proficiency with MS Excel; Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; High level of communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bonus: IBM Cognos TM1 experience (willingness to learn is required for this role) and SAP experience.
