What You’ll Actually Do
• Cash Flow Management: Oversee and manage daily cash flow activities, playing a crucial role in ensuring the continuous and adequate liquidity necessary for all business operations.
• Financial Forecasting: Develop, prepare, and consistently update both short-term and long-term cash flow projections, providing essential financial insights that directly support strategic decision-making processes within the organization.
• Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough cost modeling and in-depth analysis to understand expenditure patterns, identify potential savings, and contribute to optimizing financial performance across the manufacturing operations.
• Strategic Data Development: Focus on developing and refining key data sets and analytical frameworks that are specifically designed to underpin and inform the company’s broader strategic planning initiatives.
• Process Improvement: Actively identify, initiate, and drive the development of enhancements and improvements to existing financial processes, contributing to increased efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in either Accounting or Finance, demonstrating a foundational understanding of core financial and accounting principles suitable for an entry-level professional.
• Experience: Possess a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in analytical roles or within the accounting field, applying practical skills in a professional setting.
• Skills: Exhibit a strong desire to continuously grow and enhance both technical skillsets relevant to financial analysis and critical soft skills essential for collaborative teamwork and professional development.
