The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Firehouse Subs, a prominent brand under Restaurant Brands International Inc. RBI is one of the world’s largest quick service restaurant companies with over 32,000 restaurants across more than 120 countries. This position is crucial for supporting the financial management of various initiatives within Firehouse Subs in the US and Canada. The Analyst will contribute to the company’s journey to build the most loved restaurant brands in the world.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Perform variance analysis by comparing actual results to budgets, forecasts, and prior-year figures for internal reporting.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing the P&L by preparing monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term budgets and forecasts.
• Project Support: Assist in tracking and managing budgets for capital expenditure (Capex) and operational projects.
• Decision Support: Prepare financial analysis to support project decisions and contract negotiations.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze financial trends and key performance indicators to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers across the business.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Experience: 1+ year of experience in finance, accounting, or a related analytical role.
• Skills: Proficiency with modern financial software and applications, comfort working with AI tools to create AI-enhanced workflows, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bonus: Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a high degree of ownership, curiosity, and initiative.
