This entry-level Analyst position offers an opportunity to take on an early-stage leadership role, driving profitable growth for clients through data analysis and media program execution. The company seeks highly analytical candidates motivated by driving results for clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Expertise Development: Work to become competent in a specific Ovative subject matter like media, measurement, or strategy.
• Media Program Management: Execute hands-on digital media planning, execution, and optimization for clients, including A/B testing, budgeting, and creative builds.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct heavy data analysis, reporting, and insight generation to understand digital media performance and inform optimizations.
• Client Communication: Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for clients through slides, documents, and emails.
• Client Solutions: Support the development of client-facing solutions and deliverables, such as PowerPoint pitches and competitive audits.

• Background: Entry-level graduates, specifically May 2026 graduates, with a foundational understanding of problem-solving acquired through academic projects, internships, volunteer, or work experiences.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is required; candidates must demonstrate examples of leadership, initiative, or ownership in academic, extracurricular, or work settings.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities; critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities; consistent production of accurate, thorough, and organized work; ability to collaborate professionally with peers and stakeholders; familiarity with basic tools like MS Office or Google Workspace.
