Analyst, Digital Marketing & Measurement – June 2026 Start | Ovative Group

The Tone:
This is a full-time Analyst role at Ovative Group, located in Minneapolis, MN or Chicago, IL. The company is an independent, full-funnel media, measurement, and creative firm that helps brands achieve profitable growth by transforming their media and measurement programs. Ovative builds and utilizes its proprietary MarTech platform, EMRge, to offer holistic marketing measurement. This role offers an early-stage leadership opportunity to drive client success through heavy data analysis and digital media program execution.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop Expertise: Actively work towards creating competence in a specific Ovative subject matter, such as media, measurement, or strategy.
• Manage Digital Media Programs: Perform hands-on planning, execution, and optimization of digital media, including A/b testing, creative builds, audience creation, and cross-channel strategy.
• Conduct Data Analysis & Reporting: Execute discrete pieces of data analysis, provide weekly and monthly performance reports, and extract actionable insights.
• Communicate Client Solutions: Translate analyses into clearly communicated insights via documents and presentations, supporting the development of client-facing solutions.
• Cultivate Client Understanding: Seek to understand the client’s business and industry, connecting daily work to broader project and client goals.

• Background: Early career candidates, including May 2026 Graduates, with permanent US work authorization required.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is required; successful candidates will demonstrate transferable skills gained through academic projects, internships, volunteer, or work experiences.
• Skills:
• Ability to think critically, break down problems, and propose solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to share ideas effectively.
• Consistent production of accurate, thorough, and organized work.
• Familiarity with basic tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar software.
