Corporate Analyst | Kestra Financial

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Kestra Financial. Kestra Financial is a growing organization operating in a multi-entity environment, focused on enhancing financial reporting and system-enabled planning. This role is crucial for supporting the company’s consolidated financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and finance systems transformation initiatives. The Corporate Analyst will be instrumental in improving data integrity, enhancing liquidity visibility, and driving scalable processes as the company expands.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Consolidated financial close processes across multiple legal entities.
• Prepare: Consolidated reporting for monthly management, Board, lender materials, and budget/forecast deliverables.
• Develop: Monthly and quarterly cash flow forecasts, including P&L, balance sheet, liquidity assumptions, scenario modeling, and M&A integration impacts.
• Implement: Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of CPM / FP&A tools and assist in requirements gathering, testing, and validation of models.
• Transition: Help move reporting and forecasting processes from manual Excel-based workflows to system-driven solutions, contributing to finance transformation initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a deep understanding of corporate reporting consolidation processes and financial accounting.
• Experience: 2-5 years using advanced Excel functionality, hands-on experience leading ERP implementations and post-implementation support, and experience in financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and financial modeling.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and controls within enterprise systems; ability to translate business requirements into system solutions; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Highly analytical, systems-oriented, and detail-driven; proven ability to partner effectively across business lines and influence senior stakeholders.
