Job Description:
This role is with one of RippleMatch’s partner companies. The position requires a candidate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, General Business, or Business Analytics. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial and analytical skills and demonstrate a proven ability to organize and interpret large amounts of data.
The role demands a candidate who is meticulous, organized, and proficient at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with both internal team members and external client personnel. The candidate should be dedicated, results-oriented, and possess the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Excel is a must, and SQL and Tableau experience is preferred. Furthermore, the candidate needs to demonstrate proficiency in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read, and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in a professional environment.
