Jr. Amazon Account Coordinator | Tiide Commerce

The Tone:
This is a full-time, entry-level remote role at Tiide Commerce. The company is a full-service Amazon agency that specializes in growing brands on Amazon and TikTok Shop by leveraging over a decade of eCommerce experience and software. This role is crucial for optimizing brand presence on Amazon, offering a comprehensive learning experience and significant growth opportunities within an expanding company. The environment is growing and entrepreneurial, characterized by a rapid pace where many tasks will be assigned.

• Team: Reports to Brand Managers and works closely with the broader team.
• Mission: To optimize a brand’s presence on Amazon through SEO, merchandising, advertising, problem-solving, and client communication.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support Brand Managers in developing and executing Amazon strategies, including building strategy decks and assisting with various tasks.
• Communicate: Prepare and send frequent update emails to Brand Managers and clients, detailing key success metrics such as sales growth and advertising performance.
• Manage: Assist in launching and managing Amazon advertising campaigns, including keyword research, PPC management, budget tracking, and A/B testing.
• Implement: Support the implementation of merchandising strategies for brands on Amazon, focusing on catalog uploading and optimization.
• Resolve: Initiate and follow up on support cases with Amazon to promptly resolve any account issues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A college degree and U.S. based residency are required for this entry-level role.
• Experience: This is a full-time entry-level position focused on Amazon, providing a complete “crash course” in Amazon and eCommerce.
• Skills: Possess extreme attention to detail, outstanding organizational capabilities, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication, and strong personal email management skills with a bias for action.
