What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design machine learning algorithms to detect and control risks and frauds in the e-commerce marketplace.
• Implement: Implement algorithms specifically targeting risks and frauds in contents, products, sellers, and creators.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with strategy, product managers, policy, and operations teams to help define product requirements.
• Drive: Drive initiatives from an engineering viewpoint to shape product development and improvements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, with an understanding or keen interest in machine learning, NLP, or computer vision.
• Experience: Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026.
• Skills: Familiarity with programming languages such as C++, Python, Go, or Java.
• Bonus: Interest or experience in anti-fraud, anti-spam, or platform-integrity fields, coupled with a profound sense of responsibility, and exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
