• Mission: Coordinate documentation and advances for customs clearance and freight delivery, ensuring compliance with the US Federal Code of Regulations.
• Tech Stack: Basic MS Office experience

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Provide the highest level of customer service to clients.
• Shipment Management: Manage all Import of Air & Ocean shipments, working with forwarders on a daily basis.
• Customs Clearance: Coordinate the handling of documentation and advances for customs clearance, and monitor all entry/entry summary preparation to ensure compliance with the US Federal Code of Regulations.
• Freight Delivery & Tracking: Coordinate the delivery of freight after clearance, ensure Proof of Delivery (POD) is supplied, and perform expediting and tracing as required.
• Billing & Profitability: Determine profit levels and process billing for shipments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or equivalent, with an understanding of customs and logistics processes.
• Experience: Minimum one year of relevant work experience.
• Skills: Basic MS Office proficiency, strong verbal and written communication, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
