Avanade’s US AI Workforce technical consultants empower individuals and organizations to harness the capabilities of Microsoft M365, O365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Viva, and Copilot Studio. Our Engineering teams are dedicated to building, transforming, and optimizing these platforms, while our Optimization teams develop bespoke applications and solutions to extend their functionalities.

The Avanade AI Workforce Intern Program was established to identify, attract, and nurture the next generation of technical talent and consulting practitioners.

About The Role

As an AI Workforce intern, you will work closely with our Engineers and Developers to:

• Develop infrastructure, platforms, and automations to establish new and more effective “ways of working.”
• Create AI-driven solutions utilizing Copilot Studio and Agentic AI to develop automations and agents that transform existing “ways of working.”
• Assist in defining and establishing IT operations, processes, procedures, toolsets, and automations for managing and maintaining client solutions.
• Support change management efforts as guided by senior team members and change specialists.

Qualifications

About you

• Working towards the completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline.
• Current Designation: Senior, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• A genuine passion for learning and applying technology to enhance how people work, communicate, and collaborate.
• A creative mindset and collaborative spirit.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.
• The ability to excel in a team-oriented, project-based work environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in an academic, extra-curricular, or professional setting.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to think quickly and adapt.
• The ability to learn effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• An interest in pursuing a career in technology consulting upon receiving your undergraduate degree.
