CECP AI Solutions Intern – 2026 | CECP

The Tone:
This is a summer internship at CECP, a nonpartisan business counsel and network. CECP helps over 200 leading companies drive measurable returns on purpose by providing solutions in insights and benchmarking. This role is vital for exploring, piloting, and scaling practical AI solutions across the organization, which will improve efficiency, enhance insights, and elevate the experience for stakeholders in a resource-constrained nonprofit environment.

The TL;DR

• Pay: $30 hourly
• Mission: This intern will apply AI tools to enhance operations, insights, and stakeholder experiences within a nonprofit setting.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Copilot Studio, large language model (LLM) prompt engineering, MS Office, Salesforce (preferred)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Implement AI Solutions: Research, test, and implement AI tools and solutions that enhance CECP’s operations, member experience, marketing, and growth efforts.
• Optimize Workflows: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automate workflows, and streamline processes across teams.
• Enhance Digital Presence: Support the use of AI to enhance digital engagement, content strategy, audience reach, and organizational visibility.
• Generate Insights: Analyze and synthesize data to generate insights that inform decision-making, member engagement, and business development activities.
• Develop Internal Tools: Assist in developing AI-powered tools, resources, and internal solutions that improve staff and stakeholder experiences.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current undergraduate, graduate student, or recent graduate with strong foundational knowledge in computer science or a related technical field. Preferred fields include business, data science, public policy, or communications.
• Experience: Hands-on experience building and configuring AI agents, specifically using Microsoft Copilot Studio and large language model (LLM) prompt engineering.
• Skills: High degree of initiative, professionalism, attention to detail, and experience with MS Office and CRM platforms.
• Bonus: Interest in corporate purpose, social impact, or nonprofit work.
