What You’ll Actually Do
• Development: Participate in the development, testing, and maintenance of specific functional modules under senior guidance.
• Optimization: Collaborate with the team to improve data pipelines, optimize model inference performance, and enhance monitoring systems through data analysis and real-time monitoring.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential issues and optimization opportunities within the ad delivery system.
• Learning & Innovation: Actively participate in technical discussions, proactively learn, and experiment with new technologies to solve practical problems.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree from a top university or QS Top 100 institution, with a preference for foundational disciplines such as Architecture, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• Experience: 0-3 years of work experience; no prior experience in the advertising industry is required.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong learning ability and self-drive, exceptional logical thinking, passion and proactiveness, resilience and grit, and proficient data analysis skills with high sensitivity to data.
• Bonus: Awards from competitions like ACM, Mathematical Modeling, or Kaggle, or a high-quality technical blog or GitHub profile.
