The Tone:
This is an unpaid internship opportunity at Zetheta Algorithms Private Limited, offered remotely. Zetheta Algorithms is a recently established FinTech start-up focused on developing innovative AI tools. This role offers a unique chance for motivated students and fresh graduates to build complete, enterprise-grade AI systems from scratch, showcasing their technical abilities within a defined project timeframe. It allows individuals to engage with cutting-edge AI technologies, including deep learning, from conceptualization to deployment.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Self-paced (options of 15 days or 1, 2, 3, 4, or 6 months)
• Location: Remote

• Mission: To develop complete enterprise-grade AI models from scratch, demonstrating technical skills within a specified project timeline.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design and implement complete AI models following provided specifications.
• Develop: Develop both frontend and backend components of the platform.
• Manage Data: Design and optimize database schema and queries, ensuring system security for sensitive identity verification data.
• Deploy: Deploy the AI solution using zero-cost cloud services and document code, APIs, and system architecture.
• Project Delivery: Complete the entire project within the defined timeline.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing or fresh graduate who has recently completed a degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field; or a student/fresh graduate from any academic discipline with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience: No prior experience required; ability to work independently, self-motivated, and a willingness to self-learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills: Strong programming in Python and JavaScript; understanding of React.js for frontend, Node.js for backend, and FastAPI or similar Python web frameworks; familiarity with database design and SQL (PostgreSQL with Supabase); experience with deployment on AWS using CI/CD pipelines, EC2, and S3; understanding of basic machine learning concepts.
• Bonus: Sound knowledge of AI/ML libraries including TensorFlow, Keras, and HuggingFace Transformers; familiarity with computer vision (OpenCV) and natural language processing concepts; knowledge of facial recognition, emotion detection, or identity verification methodologies; Docker containerization experience; prior work with cloud deployment on AWS.
