What You’ll Actually Do
• Build: Construct and refine AI-driven marketing workflows across various channels, including email, social media, outbound campaigns, and content generation.
• Optimize: Implement AI tools and other automation platforms to enhance overall marketing efficiency and streamline processes.
• Analyze: Evaluate campaign performance data to identify clear opportunities for improving conversion rates and increasing user engagement.
• Manage: Assist in the organization and maintenance of marketing data, encompassing CRM systems, lead lists, campaign tracking, and influencer databases.
• Refine: Review, edit, and enhance AI-generated content across all channels, ensuring it meets Solvea’s quality standards and acts as the final “taste check” before publication.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Demonstrated strong interest in AI technologies, marketing strategies, and the startup environment.
• Experience: Comfortable and proficient in using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude beyond basic prompting, with a strong understanding of marketing funnels, growth, or operations.
• Skills: Possesses good judgment and a discerning taste in content, messaging, and brand voice; highly resourceful and capable of independent problem-solving; strong attention to detail combined with the ability to execute tasks quickly.
• Bonus: Ability to speak Mandarin; a strong point of view on what constitutes ‘good’ vs. ‘generic’ content; prior experience editing or improving AI-generated content; experience running a newsletter, social account, or community; curiosity about Product-Led Growth (PLG), B2C growth, or AI startups.
