What You’ll Actually Do
• Apply: Select one of six AI tracks and submit your application, requiring sign-in with LinkedIn and a brief written statement.
• Onboard: Complete the initial AI Fluency kickoff, then commence working through the specific checklist for your chosen track.
• Build: Progress through work assignments at your own pace, culminating in the shipment of a real capstone artifact.
• Graduate: Earn a verifiable credential with a public page, an eligible letter of recommendation, and Anthropic course certificates when available.
• Network: Gain authorization to list FlyRank AI as work experience on LinkedIn and access the FlyRank community, office hours, and network intros post-graduation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be 18 years or older, self-directed, and comfortable communicating fluently in English. Foundational General AI Fluency is a core component.
• Experience: No degree or prior internship is required. Specific tracks mandate intermediate HTML/CSS/JS and React for Front-end, intermediate Python or Node.js for Backend, strong Python for Machine Learning, or intermediate Figma for UI/UX Design.
• Skills: Readiness to actively use AI tools in practical applications, moving beyond theoretical knowledge.
