This is a remote internship role titled “AI in Education Internship – Sales & Marketing for Higher EdTech (Academic Credit)” at ABM.
The intern’s primary responsibility will be to assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies specifically for technology products tailored for the higher education sector, with a focus on AI in Education.
Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and build relationships.
• Creating marketing content such as presentations, flyers, social media posts, or website copy.
• Actively supporting sales efforts, which may involve lead generation or follow-ups.
• Assisting in preparing and delivering product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Helping to conduct training sessions for potential clients on product usage and benefits.
This internship is designed for academic credit and is unpaid.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated Education and Training skills.
• Possession of strong Communication and Teaching abilities.
• Prior experience in Customer Service.
• A proactive approach with a clear willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote professional setting.
• Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Marketing, Education, Communication, or a closely related field.
• Experience or knowledge in the eLearning industry is considered a significant advantage.
