As an AI Engineering / Data Scientist Intern, you will be fully immersed in the dynamic world of data science and machine learning engineering. Core Responsibilities of the Intern
As an AI Engineering / Data Scientist Intern, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Model Development Support: Assisting in the development, implementation, and refinement of data science and machine learning models under expert guidance.
- Data Pipeline Participation: Engaging in the design and ongoing maintenance of data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow, efficient integration, and reliable access to information.
- Complex Data Analysis: Contributing to in-depth data analysis using quantitative methods to extract meaningful insights, identify critical patterns, and uncover hidden trends within large datasets.
- AI & NLP Application: Assisting in the practical application of artificial intelligence and natural language processing techniques to enhance and build data-driven solutions.
- Algorithm Development Collaboration: Collaborating with experienced team members to apply various programming languages (e.g., Python, R) in the development and optimization of machine learning algorithms.
- Predictive Modeling Contribution: Actively contributing to the creation and validation of predictive models designed to forecast outcomes and inform strategic decision-making processes.
- Data Quality Assurance: Assisting in the rigorous evaluation and continuous improvement of data quality to validate the reliability, accuracy, and integrity of data used in analytics.

What You Must Have (Qualifications)
- Academic Status: Must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree.
- Internship Timing: Client service intern positions are entry-level roles specifically intended for job seekers who are in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application.
- Winter internships typically occur during the spring semester preceding the student’s final year of school.
- Summer internships typically take place during the summer preceding the student’s final year of school.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $29.25 – $48.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s specific skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
