The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Jobright.ai, located remotely within the United States. Jobright.ai is building a personal AI job search agent, transforming the traditional job search into an efficient, expert-guided experience for its users. This Data Analyst role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to this mission by embedding crucial data-driven insights into both internal product development and client-facing workflows. The position carries high ownership and impact, working at the unique intersection of artificial intelligence, agent technology, and product development to truly shape how users experience AI-driven job search processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Integrate: Integrate directly into both client and internal operational workflows, ensuring that critical data-driven insights are a foundational element in all AI agent analysis and strategic decision-making processes.
• Report: Produce custom and timely data reports along with clear visualizations, offering expert analysis specifically tailored for both internal product development teams and external clients.
• Respond: Manage and resolve data-related requests promptly and satisfactorily, consistently communicating complex data findings in an effective, professional, and easily understandable manner to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate: Report directly to a manager and collaborate regularly with other team members to continuously refine existing data models and optimize AI agent performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates should be recent graduates or entry-level professionals with 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a closely related technical discipline. This includes possessing a strong foundational knowledge of statistical principles, various data analysis methodologies, and the underlying logical frameworks that govern Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applications.
• Experience: Relevant professional experience includes 0–2 years in a data analysis role or a related technical field.
• Skills: Essential skills include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly the capacity to clearly articulate data trends and insights to both technical colleagues and non-technical business stakeholders. Proficiency in technical tools such as coding with Python or R, designing and implementing data models, and managing databases with SQL is also required.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include prior internship or project experience in a data analyst, support staff, or research capacity, specifically within a technology-focused or AI-centric company. Additionally, proven experience in leveraging analytics to extract practical and easily digestible insights from large, complex data sets is a significant advantage.
