What You’ll Actually Do
• Integrate Insights: Integrate into client and internal workflows to ensure data-driven insights inform AI agent analysis and decision-making.
• Produce Reports: Produce custom and timely data reports and visualizations that offer expert analysis for internal product teams and external clients.
• Handle Requests: Promptly and satisfactorily address data-related requests, clearly communicating complex findings in a professional manner.
• Refine Performance: Work regularly with a manager and other team members to refine data models and improve AI agent performance.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field. Must live in and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience: Strong knowledge of statistics, data analysis methodologies, and the logical frameworks of AI and machine learning.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain data trends to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus: Previous internship or project experience as a data analyst, support staffer, or researcher within a tech environment or AI-focused company. Proven experience working with analytics to provide practical and digestible insights gleaned from complex data sets. Technical skills such as coding (Python/R), data modeling, and database management (SQL).
