What You’ll Actually Do
• Insight Integration: Embed yourself directly into client and internal workflows to ensure that data-driven insights are a fundamental and vital part of AI agent analysis and all decision-making processes.
• Generate Expert Reports: Produce custom and timely data reports, complete with insightful visualizations, to deliver expert analysis for both internal product development teams and external clients.
• Manage Data Requests: Promptly and satisfactorily handle all data-related requests, effectively communicating complex findings in a clear, consistent, and professional manner to diverse audiences.
• Optimize Agent Performance: Work regularly and collaboratively with other team members and your manager to refine existing data models and continuously improve the performance of AI agents.
The Must-Haves
• Background: An early career professional, having recently graduated or with 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field. Candidates must possess a strong foundational knowledge of statistics, core data analysis methodologies, and the logical frameworks underpinning AI and machine learning principles.
• Experience: Entry-level professional experience (0-2 years) in data analysis or a related technical field is required. You must live in and be authorized to work in the United States, with a willingness to travel for occasional team summits if agreed upon.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, particularly the ability to clearly and effectively explain complex data trends and findings to both highly technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include previous internship or project experience as a data analyst, support staffer, or researcher, especially within a tech environment or an AI-focused company. Desirable skills also include proven experience working with analytics to provide practical and digestible insights gleaned from complex data sets, along with technical proficiency in coding (such as Python/R), data modeling, and database management (SQL).
