This role is crucial for integrating scalable AI capabilities and prototyping new automation use cases across various internal teams.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of high-impact Copilot Studio agents.
• Build: Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Power Automate flows for various business processes.
• Support: Support data collection, data validation, and development of knowledge bases for AI systems.
• Analyze: Perform analysis, testing, and documentation of AI workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Research: Conduct research on AI best practices and prompt engineering techniques to optimize performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft technologies including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Excel.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and C++, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, and a curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Bonus: Experience with automation, scripting, or API integration is a plus.
