Job Description:
This is a full-time, 12-week, paid internship known as the “Ag Experience,” designed to be unique to your degree program and personal interests.

Key Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities:
• Support farmers and ranchers within our communities.
• Gain valuable hands-on experience within the company, particularly within the Retail Credit division.
• Be paired with a dedicated summer mentor who will direct, challenge, and teach you about the company.
• Complete and present a project at the conclusion of the summer, as outlined by your mentor.
• Participate in exciting trips to various MFA locations for tours and learning opportunities.
• Engage in community service opportunities, giving back while bonding with the team.
• Build long-lasting relationships through shared experiences and social activities with fellow interns.
• All duties and responsibilities must be completed in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications:
• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate of Applied Sciences Degree.
• Experience: Have experience in agriculture, business, or a related field.
• Skills: Possess or be willing to develop basic computer skills.
• Mindset: Desire to thrive in agriculture and seek a key role in the industry.
