Job Description, Detailed

This is an Ag Experience, a full-time, 12-week, paid internship tailored to the intern’s degree program and personal interests. The internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience within the agricultural industry.

Key Aspects of the Internship:

Mentorship: Each intern will be paired with a dedicated summer mentor. This mentor will provide direction, challenge the intern, and offer comprehensive teaching about MFA Incorporated and specifically the Retail Credit division.
Hands-On Experience: The program emphasizes practical, real-world experience, allowing interns to apply their knowledge in a professional setting.
Project Completion: A significant component of the internship involves completing a project outlined by the mentor. This project will be presented at the conclusion of the summer, showcasing the intern’s work and learning.
Learning Opportunities: Interns will gain insights into company operations, the specifics of the Retail Credit division, and general business practices within agriculture.
Collaboration & Networking: The program invites students from various accredited college campuses, fostering diverse collaborations and opportunities to build life-long professional and personal connections.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate of Applied Sciences Degree.
• Possess experience in agriculture, business, or a related field.
