What You’ll Actually Do
• Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office tasks, including answering phones, routing calls, and responding to inquiries using professional phone etiquette.
• Clerical Support: Handle various clerical duties such as filing, performing data entry, maintaining accurate records, and preparing basic correspondence and reports.
• Leadership Assistance: Support leaders and other team members by scheduling meetings, organizing essential documents, and assisting with executive administrative tasks as needed.
• Communication Coordination: Help facilitate communication between the main office, field staff, and clients to ensure smooth information flow and timely follow-up on needs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating strong administrative and clerical abilities.
• Experience: Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance or supporting leadership with scheduling and documentation tasks. Prior office or administrative experience is beneficial.
• Skills: Professional phone handling abilities and clear, courteous communication skills for interacting with all stakeholders; basic proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and data entry; high level of organization and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks.
• Bonus: Prior office or administrative experience gained within a maintenance or service environment; dependable work habits and a willingness to work on-site in Pinckney, MI.
