The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• General Administration: Provide general office administration and clerical support to various teams and functions.
• Secretarial Support: Offer dedicated secretarial and administrative assistant support, potentially to senior leaders.
• Communication Management: Manage reception, telephone, and switchboard operations.
• Document Handling: Oversee mailroom activities and filing support.
• Office Planning: May be accountable for office event planning and/or supporting Facilities Management with office space planning.

• Background: Entry-level administrative staff or individual contributors, possessing skills developed through job-related training and on-the-job experience within a specific job discipline.
• Experience: Limited job and business knowledge is required at the time of hiring.
• Skills: General office administration, clerical support, secretarial assistance, reception and switchboard operation, mailroom and filing management.
