What You’ll Actually Do
• HR Coordination: Coordinate Human Resources activities including recruitment, scheduling, and various administrative tasks.
• Record Keeping: Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain precise and organized records.
• Operational Support: Offer comprehensive administrative support to leadership and team members to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Office Management: Manage daily office tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating calendars, and arranging travel plans.
• Executive Assistance: Provide direct assistance to the President as needed to support executive functions and special projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Proven experience in administrative support roles, with a creative and design background.
• Experience: Familiarity with general office operations and procedures, proficiency in managing inbound calls, and strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and keen attention to detail.
