What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide a broad variety of essential administrative and comprehensive staff support services, specifically tailored for two Corporate Banking Relationship Management teams.
• Collect and accurately interpret diverse data sets to produce comprehensive, actionable reports for internal stakeholders.
• Conduct special projects as assigned, contributing to specific initiatives and operational improvements within the teams and department.
• Coordinate and manage all logistics for internal and external meetings, conferences, presentations, and necessary travel arrangements.
• Compose and prepare a range of professional correspondence and other essential documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
• Utilize personal computer software packages proficiently for word processing, graphics creation, and comprehensive spreadsheet management to support team activities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Possess typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities.
• Skills: Demonstrate well-developed reading, writing, and mathematical skills; exhibit strong administrative and clerical capabilities; manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines; and apply effective verbal and written communication and grammatical skills.
• Bonus: Ability to identify and efficiently resolve exceptions and interpret complex data; proficiently navigate various computer software packages including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word; capability to create professional flow charts and compelling presentations; and proficiency with AI applications/Co-Pilot.
