What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Chart Maintenance: Maintain client charts by accurately filing nurse shift reports and case manager visit reports.
• Supply and Documentation Ordering: Assist with ordering supplies and documentation forms for assigned territories, extending support to other territories as needed for coverage.
• Equipment Processing and Tracking: Process initial orders for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) such as pulse oximetry and oxygen for clients, maintaining a log of all completed orders.
• Office Support Tasks: Perform general office duties including answering phones, faxing documents, making copies, and processing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Inventory and Equipment Management: Track initial supplies distributed to clients and case managers, and clean and track returned equipment from clients and case managers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Experience: Entry-level candidates are considered; a minimum of one or more years of clerical and/or medical office experience is preferred.
• Skills: Moderate computer proficiency, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and adaptability to frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
