What You’ll Actually Do
• Management: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
• Support: Organize documents and provide essential support for executive and project needs.
• Communication: Handle phone calls and emails, preparing correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
• Records: Maintain records and perform general clerical duties such as data entry and filing.
• Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, assisting with reports or presentations, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required, with core domain knowledge in administrative support.
• Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or support role is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and task prioritization.
• Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully.
• Solid Clerical Skills, such as data entry, document organization, filing, and basic record keeping.
• Proficiency with common office software like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and comfort working in a remote, technology-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Bonus: Additional education or certifications in business or administration are a plus. Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup are expected.
