Ad Performance Analyst | Raptive
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Raptive, located remotely in the United States. Raptive is a creator company dedicated to powering creator independence by providing revenue, audience, and business solutions. This organization helps professional creators monetize their websites with ads, acting as a trusted expert guide in the complicated world of online advertising. This role is crucial for enabling creators—from those passionate about cooking and decorating to finance and investing—to succeed by optimizing their ad performance and resolving technical issues, allowing them to focus on their craft and thrive as small business owners.

• Pay: $58000–$65000 yearly
• Mission: Analyzes ad performance data, troubleshoots site issues, and communicates best practices to creators, ensuring their ad strategies are effective and profitable.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Answer sensitive questions via email in a timely manner, providing clear, helpful, and compassionate responses.
• Strategy: Work to understand Raptive’s ad strategies and processes thoroughly to advise creators about best practices.
• Analysis: Analyze ad performance using BI tools and Google Analytics data to identify issues and spot trends and anomalies.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot ad loading issues on live creator sites.
• Collaboration: Be an active member of a distributed team, collaborating effectively via tools like Slack, G Suite, Zoom, and Zendesk.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional passionate about analytics, problem-solving, and communicating with creators, bringing a strong attention to detail and a desire to make a difference. Candidates should have data analysis experience OR be a recent STEM graduate.
• Experience: Demonstrated comfort in high-productivity environments; proven track record of high productivity; experience organizing and managing a large amount of tasks at once; comfort with using WordPress, and reading & writing HTML & CSS.
• Skills: Ability to gracefully communicate via email with confused or frustrated customers, self-motivation and time management skills, enjoyment in analyzing data using Excel and data visualization tools, and attention to detail with a love for knocking out lists and projects.
• Bonus: Patience, a sense of humor, moderate GIF sharing abilities, adaptability to adjust in an ever-changing technical environment, and a genuine desire to help others solve problems and succeed.
