This position is essential for maintaining the financial integrity of the company by ensuring accurate accounting records, timely reconciliations, and efficient processing of financial transactions. The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a critical part in supporting smooth financial operations related to group travel services.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Record and review daily financial transactions within the approved accounting system.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense records, ensuring all transactions have complete supporting documentation.
• Reconcile bank, card, vendor, customer, and ledger balances, actively investigating any unexplained differences.
• Maintain organized financial files to support month-end close processes, account reviews, and audit preparations.
• Prepare routine financial summaries, aging reports, reconciliations, and transaction reports for group airfare and traveler operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Associate-level understanding of basic accounting, reconciliation, invoice, payment, and ledger concepts.
• Experience: Comfort and proficiency in using spreadsheets and established accounting or finance systems.
• Skills: Strong numerical accuracy, ability to identify financial discrepancies, professional communication for internal and external follow-ups, and high discretion when handling confidential financial information.
