What You’ll Actually Do
• Account Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of accounts receivable records and aging reports.
• Payment Processing: Monitor and accurately apply all incoming customer payments.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Resolve payment and invoice discrepancies by collaborating with customers and internal teams.
• Collections Management: Manage overdue accounts, including client follow-up and coordination with collection agencies.
• Financial Support: Assist with month-end and year-end projects and ensure compliance with AR regulations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with foundational knowledge in accounts receivable processes.
• Experience: Proven ability to maintain AR records, verify invoices, apply payments, and reconcile customer accounts.
• Skills: Accounts receivable management, payment processing, discrepancy resolution, customer collections, and accurate record-keeping.
