Accounting Associate | Kiss Beauty Group

• Mission: To ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in daily accounting transactions, maintain financial record integrity, and support timely disbursements.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Excel, SAP Accounting
What You’ll Actually Do
• Process Transactions: Process and review daily accounting transactions, including purchase and service vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursement reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
• Manage Vendor Data: Maintain vendor master data and contract terms, safeguarding the integrity of records and supporting strong internal controls.
• Coordinate Payments: Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate payment arrangements and obtain appropriate supporting documentation, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
• Reconcile Accounts: Perform three-way matching (purchase order, receipt, invoice), resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders, and reconcile the accounts payable subledger to the general ledger.
• Support Financial Close & Audits: Support month-end close activities, including accruals, and maintain organized, audit-ready documentation to facilitate internal and external audit requests.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting is required. This position is suitable for candidates seeking an early career opportunity in accounting.
• Experience: 0-2 years of relevant professional experience or industry exposure in a related accounting field.
• Skills: Strong communication abilities, a detail-oriented approach to tasks, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with SAP Accounting software.
