What You’ll Actually Do
• Invoice Processing: Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
• Data Management: Support data entry and record-keeping functions within the accounts payable system.
• Report Generation: Help prepare accounts payable reports and complete reconciliation tasks.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members on initiatives to improve existing processes.
• Software Utilization: Learn and utilize ERP software to support accounts payable functions.
• Administrative Support: Perform administrative and financial tasks as assigned.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 0+ years of experience in an accounting-related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, proficiency in MS Office applications, attention to detail, organizational skills.
• Bonus: Prior internship or coursework in Accounting or Finance.
