This Accounts Payable Intern role is crucial for supporting the accounts payable team with essential invoice processing, payment verification, and financial documentation, offering hands-on experience in financial operations and accounting processes. What You’ll Actually Do
• Invoice Processing: Assist in accurately processing invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments for the accounts payable team.
• Data Management: Support data entry and maintain meticulous record-keeping functions within the dedicated accounts payable system.
• Reporting & Reconciliation: Help prepare comprehensive accounts payable reports and execute reconciliation tasks as required.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Software Utilization: Learn and effectively utilize ERP software to efficiently support daily accounts payable functions.
• Administrative Support: Perform various administrative and financial tasks as assigned to ensure smooth team operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Associate’s program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. This is an Entry-Level position.
• Experience: 0+ years of experience in an accounting-related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications, along with keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Bonus: Prior internship experience or relevant coursework in Accounting or Finance.
