What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly or quarterly financial reports, contributing to the timely and accurate dissemination of financial information.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data comprehensively and create detailed reports that highlight financial performance, providing clear insights to the team.
• Statement Development: Support the broader finance team in the critical process of developing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Record Maintenance: Accurately maintain and update financial records and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for future reference.
• Strategic Insight: Provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations based on detailed financial analysis, helping to inform strategic decisions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Must be actively pursuing a degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications, critical for financial data management and reporting.
• Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team while being self-motivated.
