• Mission: This intern will contribute to financial operations by analyzing costs, ensuring data integrity, performing essential accounting tasks, and providing accurate reporting to support strategic business decisions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Analyze business cost trends and review R&D expenses, comparing results to forecasts and estimates.
• Record: Perform monthly journal entries and reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
• Comply: Drive excellence and financial integrity in accounting compliance and internal controls across operations.
• Report: Ensure accurate, meaningful, and high-quality reporting for global stakeholders and management.
• Contribute: Support monthly close activities, audits, income statement and balance sheet analysis, inventory valuation, and management financial reviews.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related business field, with a cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required, as this internship focuses on gaining real-world exposure.
• Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced data analytics, business acumen, project management, and effective communication and collaboration.
• Bonus: Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, quickly adapt to new systems and processes, work effectively in teams, and demonstrate initiative with a drive for results.
