What You’ll Actually Do
• Invoice Processing: Review and process AP invoices and monthly subcontractor pay requests.
• Billing Preparation: Prepare monthly owner billings.
• Financial Reporting: Reconcile, audit, and forecast for internal monthly cost reports.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve various accounting and contract insurance issues.
• Document Management: Maintain and monitor job files and document control.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position requiring pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: No years of experience are required.
• Skills: Invoice processing, financial reconciliation, auditing, report preparation, document management.
• Bonus: Academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
