What You’ll Actually Do

• Support Operations: Play an integral role in supporting the firm’s operations during the busy spring season, ensuring effective and timely client service.
• Client Travel: Travel to various client locations as needed, participating in on-site engagements and gaining direct client interaction experience.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an Entry-Level role. Candidates must be actively pursuing or have completed an undergraduate or Masters degree in accounting. This educational foundation is crucial for understanding the principles applied in the internship.
• Experience: Successful completion of Intermediate Accounting I & II is required by the time the internship begins, demonstrating foundational knowledge in core accounting areas. The role requires availability to work 30-40 hours per week in the office and the flexibility to travel to clients as needed for project requirements.
• Skills: A strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles, evidenced by coursework completion, is essential. Additionally, candidates should possess a clear desire to obtain the CPA license, indicating a commitment to professional growth and ethical standards within the accounting field.
