What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting Tasks: Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Record Maintenance: Support financial data entry and maintenance of financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Data Analysis: Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and assist in financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Audit Participation: Participate in audits by gathering and organizing financial information and documentation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Skills: Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Strong business written and verbal communication skills; Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Bonus: Coursework or relevant projects in accounting/finance; Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment; High levels of commitment and initiative; Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment; Ability to effectively leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and improve overall work quality.
