What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Support: Collaborate with Senior Associates, Managers, and group Partners to support and balance diverse client needs.
• Financial Operations: Manage bill payments, invoicing, and cash receipt applications for clients in a timely fashion.
• Reconciliations: Perform bank and general ledger account reconciliations, then investigate and resolve any reconciling items.
• Close Processes: Assist clients with their monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Payroll Management: Run payroll for clients and reconcile the related journal entries.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduating college student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting.
• Experience: Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Expensify, Gusto, Justworks, Xero, and Excel.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, project management skills, ability to work well on a team, highly organized with strong attention to detail, and a flexible and adaptable attitude to new situations including learning new software.
• Bonus: A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
